Lightning touching down just beyond a house in Northern Arizona
For todays blog post I am going back to my recent storm chasing trip to Arizona and more specifically the trip I made to Northern Arizona. This image was from the first stop we made on the trip and it also the one time that I really wish I would have had more than one camera. Lightning was touching down in almost a 180 degree view from where we were when I made this image.
I made quite a few lightning images from this location, and will be sharing more, but this is one that really jumped out to me when I imported them. While the lightning didn’t actually strike the house you see in the frame, the alignment was just perfect.
